Terms & Conditions

Natalie George Productions Event Agreement Terms & Conditions are as follows:

1) ESTIMATE: NGP will provide an estimate of rental, installation, labor, and service costs to the customer. The estimate may be delivered in writing or verbally. NGP will use the customer’s verbal description in addition to any schematic layouts to approximate as closely as possible the customer’s desired layout; however, NGP will not be responsible for any changes in design, product, color, or location after installation has begun. If customer requests change to any or all portions of completed work, customer will be responsible for the original and changed installation costs. The estimate provided to customer will be active for a thirty (30) day period, after which a new estimate may be required at the discretion of NGP. Subsequent customer-requested additions and/or changes may result in increasing the final production cost. All labor charges are ESTIMATED, and actual labor charges are subject to change dependent on final confirmation of event timeline or production schedule. Project Managers and Project Designers retain exclusive authority to adjust the estimate provided.

2) EVENT DESIGN APPROVAL: Customer may request any changes to the estimate up to ten (10) days prior to event date without financial penalty subject to pricing variations for changes in event design.
